Dear InterIM CDA Supporter,

We are excited to announce that InterIm Community Development Association will be accepting applications for our newest affordable Family Housing complex, Samaki Commons, this Thursday 4/23 starting at 10AM. We will be accepting applications in the Community Room at 3908 S. Kenyon St. Seattle, WA 98118

This $12 million project has taken 5 years to develop and is scheduled to be completed this summer! Samaki Commons has 41 units of low income housing that consists of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, suitable for individuals up to large families! These units will have modern features like cherry cabinets, ceramic tiles, open floor plans, as well as free DSL, gated entry etc. This building was designed for SUSTAINABILITY and durability. Local nontoxic materials were used in developing these 4 buildings for better indoor air quality and for the health of the residents.
